Hot day

Nowaday in kampar is so damn hot,
whole day include morning and night,
i cycle around 5 min already wet...
Jogging at the morning at 6am,
but because of some problem,
have to use walk.
It is 6am!!! Morning!!! and Walk only!!!
i'm sweating...
